RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNING ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND PURCHASED IN STORE:

  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials.
  • A copy of the SAFETY WEAR invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned goods.
  • Refunds will be made in the same way as original payment for the goods.
  • Goods should be returned within 21 days of receipt.
  • Special Order items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.                    

RETURNING ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND PURCHASED ONLINE:

  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials.
  • Email us at sales@safety-wear.com.au to receive a return slip to include in your parcel when returning your order via post.
  • A copy of the SAFETY WEAR invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned goods.
  • Refunds will be made in the same way as original payment for the goods.
  • Goods should be returned within 21 days of receiving.
  • Special Order items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. 
  • Items are more than welcome to be returned to our Richmond, VIC store if convienent.
  • Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment, excluding the original delivery charge (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
  • Special Order items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee

ITEM IS DAMAGED / FAULTY / WRONG:

Please return any damaged, faulty or wrong products to our Richmond, VIC store, along with a copy of your tax invoice, for a Refund or Exchange.

  •  You can use your order confirmation email as a tax invoice.

If you’re unable to visit our store, please contact us on (03) 9428 8609 or email us at sales@safety-wear.com.au to organise redelivery or refund. In your email please provide the following:

  •  A clear image of the damaged/faulty/wrong item(s)
  • Your order number and the item code(s) that you purchased.
  • Our Customer Service team will review. Please allow 2 business days for a response from our Customer Service team confirming your refund and/or next steps.
